Hosting
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, in its Strasbourg (SBG) datacentre. The servers are therefore located in France, within the European Union.
Intellectual property
The name Combinor, the site design, its texts and its source code are the property of INSOGAMES SRL, except where stated otherwise. Reproducing or reusing them without prior written permission is not permitted.
You retain all rights over the images you submit to the service. Uploading an image does not transfer any right over it to INSOGAMES SRL, which never stores or reuses it.
Using the service
Combinor is provided free of charge and without registration. You must hold the necessary rights over the images you submit, and you must not use the service to process unlawful content.
The service is provided as is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, and processing capacity is limited, so requests may be queued or refused at times of heavy load. INSOGAMES SRL cannot be held liable for the loss of a file you have not kept a copy of: nothing is stored on the server, so a result that is not downloaded cannot be recovered.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts. If you are a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence remain applicable to you.
